Hey there!

My name is Robin Rhine McDonald, and I am a certified nutrition coach and an ordained pastor.

I always knew I wanted kids, but the whole pregnancy, delivery, and newborn stage was a bit scary to me. 

When my husband, Ryan, and I started to get serious about having kids, 

I delved into the research behind   epigenetics

(The study of how lifestyle affects gene expression. Don't worry, I'll teach you about it!), what to eat for conception, what to eat during pregnancy, and how I can ensure that we create a super baby.

When I learned that what Ryan and I ate prior to conception literally turned off our bad genes and turned on our good genes in order to provide our future child with optimal gene expression... you better believe I took my eating to a whole new level - Ryan's too!

When I learned that what Ryan and I ate prior to conception literally turned off our bad genes and turned on our good genes in order to provide our future child with optimal gene expression... you better believe I took my eating to a whole new level - Ryan's too!

When we finally decided to actually try for kids, it was not long at all before I was pregnant.

Both of my pregnancies went really well. I never had morning sickness, only occasional brief nausea, I worked out until I delivered, and had good reports about baby throughout the process.

I delivered both babies at home (as planned) without any medications. My first labor was 3.5 hours and the second was 6. My first boy was 7lbs, and my second was 9lbs 4oz. Both are very healthy. I didn't have postpartum depression with either baby, and I've been able to work out again without dipping in my milk supply.

Now, I'm not saying this program guarantees my pregnancy experiences - by any means. I am saying, though, that nutrition and lifestyle plays a big role in healthy outcomes, and in this program, I give you everything I've learned.
